Each plan includes a set number of design hours per month. You can use that time for anything from social media graphics and brochures to business cards, signage, web assets, or digital ads. If you're not sure your project fits, just ask — chances are, it does.
What if I don’t use all my hours one month?
No stress — unused hours roll over for one month, giving you some flexibility if work’s a bit up and down.
Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?
Yes! You’re not tied in. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time with just 14 days' notice.
How do I request work?
It’s simple — just email your brief or use the client request form provided. You’ll get confirmation, an estimated turnaround time, and regular updates as I work.
How fast will my designs be ready?
Most requests are turned around within 2–3 working days, depending on the size and current schedule. Urgent jobs? Let me know — I’ll always do my best to accommodate.
What if I need more hours than my plan allows?
If you’re consistently needing more, you can upgrade your plan or purchase extra time at a discounted hourly rate.
Can you match my existing branding?
Absolutely. I’ll keep everything consistent with your brand style, colours, fonts, and tone — or help you refine your brand visuals if needed.
Do I own the final designs?
Yes — all final, approved assets are yours to keep and reuse however you like.
