Presentation Design for an International Live Football Event
Synk Virtual came to Pickle to help bring a big idea to life, a pitch deck for a proposed live event in New York, designed to give football fans in the US an authentic match-day experience from across the Atlantic.
The deck was created to support discussions with Wrexham FC, outlining a large-scale, immersive event that would capture the atmosphere, culture and energy of a live match day, while making sense logistically and commercially.
It needed to feel ambitious, exciting and confident, but also grounded, clear and credible.

- Feel appropriate for conversations with a well-known football club
All of this needed to be communicated quickly and confidently to senior decision-makers.
The Approach
Working closely with Synk Virtual, the focus was on clarity, flow and professionalism.
The content was structured to tell a clear story, starting with the idea, moving through objectives, venues and production scope, and finishing with a realistic overview of delivery and costs. The design supported that journey, using clean layouts, strong hierarchy and plenty of breathing space to make detailed information easy to take in.
Nothing flashy for the sake of it, just considered, confident design that helped the idea speak for itself.
The Outcome
The finished pitch deck played a key role in presenting the proposal to Wrexham FC, helping communicate both the vision for the New York event and Synk Virtual’s ability to deliver it.
The pitch was a success, and Synk Virtual were thrilled with how professional and confident the deck felt. Plans to move the project forward are now set to progress in the near future.
